What have you learned about technologies from the process of constructing the product?

These are my 3 written paragraphs where I describe and discuss all the technologies I have been using in order to produce, edit and publish our film in detail.

Looking at your preliminary task, what do you feel you have learnt in the progression from it to the full product ?

As this is the first time I'm doing the subject Media and produce films I think it is appropriate to say that my whole group and I made an amazing progress. At the beginning of the year we didn't know about the use of different programmes in order to edit or distribute our films. Also we have learned about the conventions of the thriller-horror genre. For example how to create a scary atmosphere through lighting or what connotations go with which costumes.
To sum it up at the beginning of the course I just had a very basic ability to talk bout films and never worked with any programs so even creating a simple voice over was a big challenge to me. Now I feel comfortable with analysis specific film sequences and have the ability to produce good quality films that possibly will attract a mass audience.
